If you have to cancel your booking for reasons related to COVID-19 you will receive a full refund minus a small booking fee.
If planning a visit to Rue Hill you must bring your own personal hand sanitiser / soap with you. There are sanitising stations onsite but if for any reason the station is busy, it’s responsible to have your own personal sanitiser to hand.
Please take note of the signage, keep to the 1m distancing rule and be mindful of the safety of others on site.
Our maximum capacity has been reduced and all pitches will have minimum of six-metre spacing
There are signs and floor markings as a reminder to keep two metres from other people.
Campers are not allowed to have any day visitors to their pitches – this will help us limit the number of people on site.
There are sanitising stations at the entrance and exit of the doorway in the toilet & shower block.
The communal areas (Toilet & Shower Block & Waste disposal areas) undergo 2x deep cleans per day and 4x supplementary cleans a day.
If you are able to use your own facilities with in your unit, please do so. If possible, please bring your own toilet tent which can be emptied at our waste disposal point.
Campers from the same bubble can enter the toilet and shower block together. Only 1 bubble of campers are allowed in the toilet & shower block at any one time.
Please sanitise your hands before entering the toilet and shower block and again when you leave.
As you enter the toilet and shower block switch the sign to ‘ENGAGED’ - when leaving switch the sign to ‘VACANT’ - this will help to maintain social distancing. Only enter the toilet & shower block if the sign says ‘VACANT’
